Help to check BA seat availability and BA flight loads

Current methods to check fare/booking class availability:
If you are requesting flight load / class availability, please provide the following:
1. Actual travel date (don't say tomorrow, or similar, as that is ambiguous given the global flyertalk membership)
2. Departure and arrival airport codes
3. Flight number

Would F1 A0 indicate the First cabin is full, but not oversold?
Travelling BA117 on 24/09 LHR to JFK
Seat map shows all seats taken.
Travelling on a 241 so nervous as to downgrade possibility.

As a 12 F 777, any hope of it changing to a 14F if demand dictates?

ExpertFlyer is showing that BA117 on 24/09 LHR to JFK as a 14F 747 with three seats currently not selected. However, F1 A0 would indicate it's close to sold out.

The 179 is showing 1 seat free at the moment.

Do you both have seats selected at the moment? If so I would not be concerned.
