Welcome to the thread. This is a continuation of the highly popular 2018 Tier Point thread (found here). We keep track of other prices, as well as useful reference information for those planning tier point runs.
Please read the first few posts in this thread first as it contains lots of information which may answer your question.

A new guideline thread for TP meetups has been created on 31 March 2020. If you would like other members to join your TP, or if you want to organize a TP run with other members. Please visit there. From the first few posts over there you could see the active ( confirmed ) TP meetings and the links to their relevant discussion threads, connect with other members and learn the details about the run. Need a year-end TP run (ex-LON) to make / retain status?
Some tips for searching for the year-end TP run for newcomers, the below is indicative only, but hopefully provides a bit of guidance for relatively straightforward runs ex-LON. Some information on how to use ITA matrix is in post 4 of this thread (or just click here) along with these ideas, might come in handy. Feel free to share results, problems or general questions in the thread as these may not always work and there might be better deals out there...
For overnight trips remember to check BA and Iberia for their flights and hotel option as well, can get hotel for almost no extra cost at times
Need 80 TPs or fewer
Club Europe return somewhere close by is best - DUB, AMS and JER usually cheapest along with UK domestic returns. Additionally you may find that trips in to mainland Europe require a one night stay whereas the cheapest domestic CE returns do not have any minimum stay so can be booked as a same day return. If doing a back to back AMS and JER can be easier than DUB for an immediate turnaround - more information can be found in the back to back thread listed in the forum dashboard. The BA.com low fare finder can be very useful.
If you need as few as 45 TPs you might consider booking economy flights and hoping for a proactive online upgrade offer - but they're not guaranteed to materialise (so not one if you have no more time left in your TP collection year). Alternatively, booking a return to one of the 40 tier point destinations with one way in CE and the return in ET (or vice versa if cheaper). UK domestic route, Bilbao, Jersey and Amsterdam seem the most cost effective for this.
Need 85-120 TPs
Iberia flights via MAD to regional Spanish airports will get you 120 TPs as the domestic Spanish flights are 20 TPs in business. Under £300 including hotel can be available. Check BIO, GRX, VLC, BCN, SVQ etc. Example here
Need 125-160 TPs
Take a look at the shorthaul plus routes earning 80 TPs each way in business listed in the first post of this thread (here), MLA, IST, HEL and RAK are usually available. If time sensitive take a look at BA flight and hotel option to HEL, where you can usually get the BA flight out on a Saturday, airport hotel and return on Sunday for well under £500.
Alternative options include positioning to JER and flying JER-LGW-XXX (AMS usually works well and avoids switching airports).
Need more than 160 TPs
You'll most likely be heading north then - OSL or VNO via HEL will get you 240 TPs, as will JER-LGW/LHR-HEL e.g. LHR-HEL-OSL for £520.
DUB-LHR-HEL return (or return to LHR) is currently a very efficient way of hitting 200-240 TPs

I was able to book GOT to HNL this morning, travelling in February next year, for £1,300. I didn't want to make a taxing itinerary even more taxing by including HEL, so I ended up with 920 TPs - still a decent result, at £1.41 per TP.
BookWithMatrix didn't work for me - no matter what itinerary I selected in ITA Matrix, I got an error in aa.com. So I ended up just going to American Airlines' UK site and booking the itinerary there. Multi-city didn't work ("You can't book connecting flights as individual flight segments."), so I entered it as a simple return journey and scrolled through the results until I found one that gave me an east coast gateway and a west coast connection. Overall, it took me about 90 minutes, which was frustrating.
On the outward TATL, 64K was already taken. But I'm expecting numerous schedule and aircraft changes to this itinerary between now and February.

General question: Would it be a good idea to create a meet-up thread since i know of at least 5 6 ppl who booked late Jan / early Feb?

I have no real interest in making plans to meet up with other FlyerTalkers (although I have accidentally met some really delightful ones over the years), but I know that many others here do enjoy such social occasions and I have no doubt that you will have many other takers for a meet-up en route. So I'd certainly go ahead and start a thread.

It's BA0067 LHR-PHL on Wednesday 10 Feb 2021. I don't think that was one of the flights on the itinerary that you posted upthread.

Also, a thread named "BA Tier Point Runs Meet-Up thread" would be useful, but it's not the time to open such one; as with the ongoing COVID-19 issues, the thread would quickly disappear from the first page of the BA board.

In FT, even though it's not used that often we have a Flight Connect section plus a Lounge Connect one.

You're quite right that it would quickly drop off the first page (although it would be more useful and more interesting than a lot of the nonsense that currently occupies the first page...) but anyone who wanted to add to it would soon find it and bring it back to the top.

There have been numerous meet-up threads over the years for specific TP run deals, such as the current one to HNL. This particular deal seems to have attracted a fair bit of interest and would, I think, justify a dedicated thread.

By the way, what's the policy of AA or BA, in case of IRROPS, may buy an ex-SOF ticket and in case of IRROPS, I'll avoid the 5-6 hour drive and fly from IST .
Sofia to IST is 292 miles/470 kilometers.

New thread for meet-up created. Feel free to share any TP runs that you allow/want other members to join you. Also, if you are seeking for a TP run group, you are also welcome to share intended itineraries over there.

I don't think a general TP Runs Meet-Up thread is going to be particularly user-friendly.
If you look at previous threads you'll see that forum members add details of their flights and hotel bookings, etc., into the Wiki at the top of the thread. If the same thread were used for multiple TP Runs this would very soon become unwieldy and out-of-date. If there is a dedicated thread for a specific destination and period then people can see exacly who's going to be there at the same time and possibly even on the same flight as them.
Take a look at some of those previous threads and see what works.

The main thread could be a bit congested sometimes but these days are a nice time to trial it.
Edit: I am working on how to minimize the congestion and would update the guidelines of that thread within regular intervals.
