A few pictures to add.

This Sunday's BA8705 14:20 EDI - LCY, no glasses or mugs loaded, and this one appeared to have been catered locally...

BA8718 20:40 LCY - EDI return, this time with menu cards provided, but no appetiser...

And finally... Monday's (delayed) BA8711 07:10 EDI - LCY breakfast.

It’s pretty hard to make a stew look impressive, but this IPA beef stew with Parmesan polenta is absolutely delicious! The chocolate popping candy cheesecake is surprisingly rich.

Euro Traveller all day snack TXL-LCY: quinoa with kidney beans and pulled pork (vegetarian alternative was quinoa with edamame and pomegranate)

I had the stew yesterday and didn't think it was delicious. I found it acceptable. Probably a matter of taste. I also had better desserts on BA.

Wow, I can't believe that at last they are changing the ET menus! It had been the same dishes for years literally so it will be really great to see some diversity and some of those sound really nice actually! ^

PS: do you know which are the options from and to London as I assume that they are still different?

Vegetarian option is the same both ways but now changes in cycle.

I've tried the pulled pork and it's pretty good, definitely an improvement over anything on the old menu.

Baby gem lettuce with grated egg, crispy bacon and chives, with blue cheese dressing

Vietnamese vegetable curry with rice noodles (this isn't how it's presented - I mixed the sauce and crispy onions in before I remembered to take a photo!). This is a very good dish, the vegetables miraculously manage to retain some crunch and freshness.

BACF Vegetarian breakfast

Unlike mainline BA services, on BACF vegetarian breakfast is not an option by default, this must be preordered.
Scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, tomatoes and mushrooms, followed by bread, waffled and croissants.
No jam offered, but there was one spare on they had that I took.
Delicious, tasted better than it looks.

KEF-LCY, 18 November 2018, 1705d
Band 3 (long)

Fairly tasty. Egg wasn't runny but I would have been surprised if it was.

They’re not hash browns - it’s bubble and squeak which makes the inevitable sogginess less of an issue.

IBZ - snack only in ET

I flew today from IBZ to LCY and catering is only a pack of popcorn or crisps.
The guide suggests a cold meal which is incorrect.
