Other beat me to it. These DYKWIA related posts go into overdrive in August when the less travelled but travelled enough to think they are well travelled, often travelled enough usually make some sort of lesser status take the family away for the 'jaunt' to that lovely villa near Merano or that bolthole in the Dordogne.
OP is a classic.

We will tiptoe quietly through LGW(S) next week on our way to MLA, with our humble collection of electronics charged already. With an 0615 departure, I doubt we will even soil the Lounge carpet with our infrequent traveller shoes.
We try to help.

As an American with Irish/Scot roots I find the word quite funny. I have never used the word in any conversation and don't expect to any time soon. There is a gentleman at my golf club who probably uses it all the time. Cheers!

I took the page you pointed out in the wallpaper book, told the contractor the number on the page on the left hand side, so that's what he ordered.
....
What do you mean that the product number is on the back of the sample page? How was I to know that?
....
Yes, that's a lot of ugly wallpaper that I ordered.
(This actually happened to me. Penance is a decade (or more!) of stripping wallpaper as that's apparently no longer in vogue. Or something.)
