Most if the B777s have been refurbished with the newer WT plus seat, if you check back a week before travel I can take another look.

I flew out to Mumbai 27/11/17 BA 199 in WT+ on a 777-200 and it was awful.
the whole interior was shabby, the seat was incredibly uncomfortable a park bench would have been better.
Im again booked to go to Mumbai on the 02/11/18 BA 199 WT+ and according to BA aircraft is 777-200 12F/48J/32W/127Y I'm hoping and praying your right and they have all now been refurbished.

Nope, you will have a “park bench” again.

It's a pity I can't afford to upgrade to CW, does anyone know where I can purchase a suitable cushion to fit the seat.

Daytime flight BA139 might be preferable if you can’t sleep.

We've looked at that one Richard but it lands in Mumbai at midnightish which is not good we've done the BA199 for many years now and never had such a uncomfortable flight as the one last year I will just have to keep searching for a few decent cushions of some description

There are still 24 772s with the old WTP/WT product and ropey Rockwell Collins IFE.

These are the 12F aircraft based at LHR (mainly flying to Far East destinations), 48J three class aircraft based at both LHR and LGW, 40J three class aircraft based at LGW and three of the 14F aircraft based at LGW.

I am not sure that they are old buckets, they are the youngest of our B777-200s but they do have our old WT plus product.
These aircraft will be converted to a three class configuration starting next year with our latest product.

Had a 12F 772 on LHR-DXB a couple of months ago and have unfortunately had several flights this year on 772s and 744s with Rockwell Collins IFE. It can’t get consigned to the dustbin fast enough for me,
