Only for the Queen.. they install a royal suite which apparently involves two single beds and desk, though I'm sure lots on here know far more about it than I. And a wardrobe/changing room down the back.

Not something done just for celebrities, that's for sure! (Waits for someone to comment: isn't the Queen just a celebrity )
