Where is my Gold Card?

Attained bronze on 3rd April 2018, got bronze card and tags in post today, letter was dated April 2018.
Attained silver on 11th April, will probably see the pack next week.
Will hopefully attain gold by the end of the month, presumably card will arrive in August.
Two months latency seems a bit excessive for a fulfilment operation.

Is BA still giving out the Golden Tickets in paper-based-form?
I had some trouble with my order too, since I was a Silver member nearly Gold and after some TP runs I made it to GGL in a few weeks. They neither sent me the Gold Card, as for reaching first time Gold, nor they sent me the GGL / CCR - combocard-package. To be fair they only had about 2 weeks between Gold/GGL but since none of them arrived yet (4 months later), I m happy that I ordered it as a replacement. (especially the CCR as it seems they re updating the list once a month).
