Well, unless this is intentional (and you never know nowadays) it's possibly a consequence of BA laying off a load of IT people.

Some of the people at BA must be feeling the same way as the crew of the Titanic on that last night '....this surely can't be happening can it?.....oh, yes it is...'

C'mon Senor Cruz - pull your finger out!

Can confirm that problem for me is also only for flights prior to Jan 11.

Search works for anything after.

Yup, I believe that we've sussed that out. I am looking for a seat at Christmas...

May have to resort to a revenue ticket, which will definitely not be on BA.

Grrrr

The website error has been reported and an urgent fix is being worked on. In the meantime affected redemption flights can be booked over the phone and normal booking fees will be waived.

This has been a problem for the last three days now. You'd think BA.com was some small business non-mission critical site.

7 am Saturday in London and still nothing doing.....

Any correlation here between this and the recent clear out at BA's IT department?

When will businesses ever learn - and we see it time and time again - that you if you don't invest in people, things go wrong. Anyone can 'downsize' a business, cut costs to the bone, outsource inappropriately, demoralise the staff that are left. Eventually the paying customer cottons on that all is not well and moves on.

What you actually need is talent to drive a business forward with the support of the staff, hire the best, boost morale and (re)build a business that will be fit for the future and robust enough to get through storms ahead.

Trouble is that this requires a long-term vision and planning for future generations of staff and customers. This lot are only interested in the next Q numbers and don't really give a stuff about the airline once they've moved on. And they give even less of a stuff about the customer - see threads ad nauseam about how customer service in just about every aspect has dropped off a cliff recently.

Rant over.

Not working for dates after 1/11/17. Want to book DUS-SFO for October '17 on AB and those flights don't show up either. Double checked on the AA Award search and it shows the flight.
First time I want to redeem avios and now their system won't let me 😥

Has not been working for 4 days now......I also reported on their "maintenance thread'' on this site but no response as many have reported there as well.

Looks like it's working now but only for a subset of dates up until one month from today. Definitely less broken than before though

Yeah, me too.

Useless.

Obviously not a priority for BA.
