BA = LHR-JFK and SFO- LHR = £2,754 pp - booked as one trip
AA = JFK-SFO = £801 pp (07.00 and 19.55 departures) There is an 08.25 for £1,152 pp - booked as an unconnected trip. There are cheaper options with better departure and arrival times but involve changing planes etc
