Self - Gold
Wife - Gold
Son - Gold
Daughter - Silver
Son-in-law - Bronze
Sister - Silver
Brother-in-law - Silver
So - 3 x Gold, 3 x Silver, 1 x Bronze.
Just wondering how others compare.

Pretty active. the juniors joined when they were youngish (<10). They're now at uni abroad so both end up flying home, and for holidays and VFR. So two golds and two silvers - but to be honest I think this time next year it'll be 3 silver and 1 bronze.

Me: Gold
3 kids: Alternate between Blue and Bronze depending on how the family holidays fall (and how many we RFS'd), alongside various day-trips or short trips with me.
Mrs S: Steadfastly Blue, as travels a deux are pretty few and far between, and are almost always award bookings using 2-4-1 etc.
Basically family holidays alone will never allow any one the five of us to get 300 TPs - we have to buy LH economy fares, and also quite a few of the SH ones make use of RFS. Last year all 3 kids had Bronze but they lost that this June and are currently all sitting on somewhere between 5 and 20. This "year" two out of three will get it again (Not a recipe for trouble, the initial excitement of getting a shiny envelope passed some time ago), indeed there's a possibility my youngest could approach silver as she is getting 180 for a trip to HKG with Grandma. That still won't help us out though as it would leave us with 80% lounge access - an improvement over the current 40% but still not quite there.

I no longer fly enough to maintain gold or silver, so all 4 of us are bronzes.
It'll probably stay that way unless I have a mad desire to take us all to HNL for Easter.

My 7 year old made Silver this year which I was quite impressed with though she doesn't think much to BAEC because the top tier is not called Diamond. I tried to explain the importance of the flower pot in the top right corner but alas to no effect.
