For anyone interested in meeting up before the Do (or that cannot attend), we're thinking of having a lunch on Friday.

Interested in lunch

Location: Skylon (at the Royal Festival Hall), due to the small group I (Dylan) made a reservation.

Having just firmed up my work travel plans for the next few weeks I have just changed myself from possible to confirmed!
Have also booked the Park Plaza Riverbank on points for the night.

I'm landing into LCY at 17:30 on my way back from GLA so should be at the venue shortly after opening time.

Look forward to meeting you all.

Shocking!

I have a layover @ LHR on July 1 for about 6hours....😳

What time is this thing at and how far from LHR? 🤓

I'm in my phone so I can't see a Wiki.

I'd love to meet up with anyone cool in the Galleries First Lounge, if possible. I'll be @LHR @ 1pm-7pm on July 1.

Come join us for lunch per the bottom bit of the wiki (venue to be determined but im warming to the tattershall castle for an outside pint and a view! Not that all london pubs have crowds outside all day anyway...). Dylanks has to head to lhr after lunch (pre-do cough cough edinburgh style) anyway.

If you have not booked your hotel already, Thistle are doing a flash sale today for £90 a night. Covers 1 July.

http://sales.thistle.com/?utm_source...mpaign=thistle

Thistle Trafalgar Square (The Royal Trafalgar) is closest to the venue.

Taken my own advice and now booked the Thistle (The Kingsley) in Holborn. Seems a bit nicer than the Trafalgar Square one. Cancelling my points & money booking at the Waldorf.

I will be arriving back from AMS (SFO-LHR-AMS on June 29/30) into LHR at 15:20 and have car to take me to the Doubletree across the water. Will probably walk (eeek) from the Doubletree to St. Thomas after checking in.

Flying back to AMS next day.

Sadly, I am going to miss this event - my desperate need for vacation and QR sale were not compatible with the Do...
