Not if we rely on the abbreviations adopted by The Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature

It is a geographical reference to Europe as a continent, not political, so basically this:

Actually, I do - and at the risk of also coming across as pedantic, I have had issues with "ex-EU" for a long time. It may "sound" unimportant, but I think it participates in a pervasive discourse that makes the EU sound like something the UK is not really part of. I also don't buy the "it's only an abbreviation" argument. If so, why not "ex-E" or whatever else...

We could refer to EuroFares using Euro in the financial sense like "EuroDollar" to mean all uses beyond the country of origin.

..and who would want to pre-empt the result of a referendum on that very subject

Wouldn't 'ex-mainland Europe' or something like that be better?
Well, in a year or two it might even be the right name for them

But yeah, atm it doesn't really make sense. That said, i second KARFA's suggestion

I hereby submit 'non-BREXIT fares' as a contender.

Isn't EU the ISO code for Europe though?

Will there be a referendum in this forum to decide to re-negotiate the term Ex-EU?

What about ex-UK? As in, extra-UK, i.e. outside the UK?

That would encompass the whole world though, and the good deals don't necessary originate everywhere apart from the UK.

As used in this forum, I've always understood the term to mean starting in Europe (defined geographically, not politically) and not in the UK.
