It's not too bad in NY, hasn't been snowing but it's freezing and has been seriously windy today - and that's led to loads of cancellations. The two PHX flights before mine have both been cancelled, but the inbound aircraft for mine is on its way from CLT so should all be good.

Who are you flying with? I think this board is really for BA, or to some extent more widely, oneworld flights. I had a look at JFK T4 and I can't see any oneworld operators from that terminal.

Generally, yes. In addition, what complicates matters here is that nobody flying on a oneworld flight will get through security in T4, and you won't get through security in either T7 or T8 with your ticket unless you're connecting from there.
