5.1     note - general rule does not apply if the fare component includes travel within thailand then that travel must be on one or more of the following any tg flight any pg flight any mh flight any ci flight. note - travel on pg k class travel on tg s class travel on ci permitted on c class. and if a fare component on the pricing unit includes travel between bkk and kul then that travel must be on one or more of the following any mh flight operated by mh for outbound and/or inbound travel. and if a fare component on the pricing unit includes travel between hkt and kul then that travel must be on one or more of the following any mh flight operated by mh for outbound and/or inbound travel. and if a fare component on the pricing unit includes travel between kbv and kul then that travel must be on one or more of the following any mh flight operated by mh for outbound and/or inbound travel. and if a fare component on the pricing unit includes travel between kul and area 3 then that travel must be on one or more of the following any mh flight operated by mh for outbound and/or inbound travel.
 
6. ADVANCE RES/TICKETING

7. MINIMUM STAY

8. MAXIMUM STAY

9. STOPOVERS

9.1     note - general rule does not apply 6 stopovers permitted on the pricing unit limited to 1 free and 5 at thb 3000 each. 1 free in kul 5 in area 3 at thb 3000 each.
 
10. TRANSFERS

10.1     note - general rule does not apply unlimited transfers permitted on the pricing unit fare break and embedded surface sectors permitted on the fare component. note - transfers as per routing
 
11. PERMITTED COMBINATIONS

11.1     end-on-end not permitted. side trips not permitted applicable add-on construction is addressed in miscellaneous provisions - category 23. open jaws/round trips/circle trips fares may be combined on a half round trip basis -to form single or double open jaws/round trips -to form circle trips. circle trips note - the most restrictive rule apply for the entire journey. provided - combinations are with any fare for carrier mh in rule th02/th03/th04/th21/th31/th41/th60/th61 in any tariff.

12. BLACKOUT DATES

12.1     no blackout dates.

13. SURCHARGES

13.1     the provisions below apply only as follows - tickets may only be sold in thailand. a surcharge of usd 80.00 per direction will be added to the applicable fare for travel. otherwise a surcharge of usd 80.00 per direction will be added to the applicable fare for travel. and - a surcharge of usd 35.00 per direction will be added to the applicable fare for travel.

14. ACCOMPANIED TRAVEL

14.1     accompanied travel not required.

15. TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS

15.1     note - general rule does not apply valid for travel commencing on/after 15jan 12.

16. SALES RESTRICTIONS
