Switch flight on AA reward ticket
I have a reward flight leaving in two weeks booked with Avios points on American Airlines. The flight I have booked leaves at noon. However there is also a flight at 7am that is now available with reward space. I tried switching online, but couldn't figure it out. Do I have to call in to get this done? Also what are the fees for this.
