It's SJU...LAS that isn't possible any more (well, not without adding $$ to the price + overnight stay in MIA). LAS...SJU is fine for the time being.

DEL-KUL-BKK also comes in around £0.96/TP. Found it for INR 32,200 return. ^

I just booked my TP run for the US:

SFO-LAX-MIA-SJU-MIA-LAX-HNL-LAX-MIA-SJU-MIA-JFK-BOS-JFL

1,450 TP's at a cost of c. £1,650, not bad work. Few of the flights are over-nighters in 757/767 F, so not ideal, but :P

Long enough thank you! Oh, you mean the trip?

In total it's 21 days, so the flights listed above are broken up a little bit...but mainly by 3 other flights.

For an infrequent traveller I appear to have 24 flights in my flightdiary over a 30 day period, eek!

Shame - you could have had SFO-LAX-MCO-MIA-SJU for an extra 60 TPs. If all goes well, I'll be doing LAS-LAX-MCO-MIA-SJU in November...

YM Development Fee INR 675.00
CN Airport Fee (International) INR 872.00

Sounds more like a holiday than a TP run

These will prove very valuable. Thanks for posting these MH runs. If you have any others, I am interested in KUL/MNL/BKK/SIN runs.
