I've been told there's only one slot for pre-booking, so it is impossible to have a treatment as a couple at the same time. Maybe this changes by day and time?
Almost as frustrating as being in the B lounge with a wide open appointment book, but the only person who is allowed to make a booking is also performing the treatment - so the slots fill up from the computer in T5A whilst you stand there like a lemon!
It's a totally half-hearted operation, that seems to exist just to stop Virgin from harping on about their (far better) treatment facilities in head to head comparison tables.
