Ah, the suspense!

She does, for BA, as its a BA mag then one would expect them to be like that. Okay there are other people that do the big picture, but Nicci is the BA person. Also by using the word manage, means that she isnt the person to moan to about changes they make.

Actually, it's not managed, it's "looks after".

I let out a wee chuckle, as I know there are a few paranoid lunatics in FT world will go nuts
To me it is no big deal, she "looks after" us with our requests, and have helped me out a few times in the past.
