Following a call to a strike action from some of our Flight Attendants, we have had to modify part of our flight schedule.

Flights scheduled for Wednesday the 28th of September 2011:

Passengers on flight EC001 to Newark Liberty scheduled for 10:45am will depart on flight EC003 at the following time:

1:40pm Departure Paris-Orly (A�rogare Sud)
4:10pm Arrival Newark Liberty (Terminal B)

For passengers departing from Newark Liberty, flight EC002 will depart on time.

For passengers departing from Paris-Orly, flight EC011 will depart on time.

Passengers departing Washington Dulles on flight EC012 will do a stop at Newark Liberty and will operated at the following time:

7:30pm Departure Washington Dulles (B Concourse)
8:45pm Arrival Newark Liberty (Terminal B)

All passengers will stay onboard during the stop at Newark Liberty.

Passengers on flight EC004 will board on flight EC012 at the following scheduled departure time:

9:45pm Departure Newark Liberty (Terminal B)
11:30am Arrival Paris-Orly (A�rogare Sud) on Thursday 29 September

Flights scheduled for Thursday the 29th of September 2011:

Flights EC001 and EC003 departing Paris-Orly (A�rogare Sud) to Newark-Liberty (Terminal B) are scheduled on time.

Flight EC002 and EC004 departing Newark Liberty (Terminal B) to Paris-Orly (A�rogare Sud) are scheduled on time.

Departing from New York - Newark Terminal B
The OpenSkies check-in counters are located in Terminal B at lower level. The desks will open 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure and close 50 minutes before departure.

All passengers are welcome to the lounge, which is located before to security point.

If you arrive at the boarding gate after the gate has closed, you will not be able to board the flight.

Departing from Paris - Orly Sud
Enter the Orly Sud Terminal through Door E on the departures level. Proceed directly toward the steps that lead to the departure gate area, immigration and security checks. You will find the OpenSkies check-in area on your right, just before the staircase.

We use check-in desks 86-88. The desks open 2 hours and 30 minutes before scheduled departure time and should be clearly signposted. The desks close 50 minutes before departure.

Once you have completed check in, proceed up the stairs, turn to your right and walk approximately 50m to the entrance of the International Departures Immigration and Security Check area.

Those traveling in Biz Bed and Biz Seat or those holding British Airways Premier, Gold or Silver Cards should continue on to the business Lounge Icare, which is located after the personal and baggage security checks. You will find the Salon Icare lounge on the left hand side almost directly opposite gate A10. The walk will take you past a number of duty free shops and takes less than 5 minutes. When your flight is called, please proceed to the boarding gate. We usually depart from gate A12. It takes approximately 2-3 minutes to walk there from the lounge but the security check can take 10-15 minutes, so please leave sufficient time.

If you arrive at the boarding gate after the gate has closed, you will not be able to board the flight.



Departing from Washington - Dulles
Meeting point at Departure level Door 3
OpenSkies check-in counters are located between British Airways and American Airlines, and are identified from outside.
They are opened 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure and close 50 minutes before departure.

Passengers traveling in our Biz Bed cabin are welcome to visit the British Airways Galleries lounge and Biz Seat passengers are invited to the AA Admirals Club lounge at Dulles.

To get to the boarding gate, you can use "fast track" granted to OpenSkies passengers.
It is located down the stairs on your way to the Departure area. After security check, please take the train to B concourse and proceed to the boarding gate.
Attention, if you arrive at the boarding gate after the gate has closed, you will not be able to board the flight.
