Definitely (a), and maybe a hint of (b). It has a very big gun on the front.

Awa wi' ye. That's just a 4.5" Mk 8. Pop-gun stuff.

Britain built the last battleship in the World ... HMS Vanguard. She had big guns, and numerous smaller ones as well, such as 8 × 2-QF 5.25-inch Mk I dual purpose guns.

AFAIR Britain is still geographically bigger than Brittany, and therefore just as "Great" as it always was
