Is mine bigger than yours? Or how many miles have you flown in 2010?

I was just totting this up earlier actually!
If all goes to plan for the rest of the year it'll be 173,822 miles over 104 sectors (vs. 185,457 miles over 82 sectors in 2009). I think the worst (or best, depending on how you measure it!) month was Nov-Dec where I did 38,258 miles over 18 flights around all sorts of timezones - LGW-AMS-LGW, LGW-FCO-BKK-HKG-NYC-YUL-LHR, LHR-ARN-LHR, LHR-BKK-TPE-HKG-LHR, LHR-DUS-LHR, LHR-HEL-LHR. That lot was variously CE, TG F, CX F, AC C, TG C, CX Y and BA W so certainly not as bad as it could have been!

102 sectors (62 economy, 37 business class, 3 first class), plus 4 trains, 3 dhonis, 2 helicopters, 2 scooters, 1 speedboat, 1 ferry, and 1 missed flight.
Best flight - my first F, LHR-DOH with BA
Worst flight - Nadi to Suva island hop, ATR42 in a typhoon

This year was the most I've ever flown in a calendar year, but way, way behind many of the regulars on the board: by year's end: 50 275 miles over 25 sectors. Mostly in Y, with some W/J and one domestic (AA) F sector thrown in.

A particularly slow year for me. Less than 20 sectors and less than 20k miles.
All in J or F though.

I flew more miles than I care to or want to count or remember
Mostly in J except for short flights, although three long haul sectors were economy due to volcanic ash.
