BA 389 - 4 December 2010
British Airways flight 389 from BRU to LHR is grounded (likely due to gross incompetence).
UPDATE: Definitely due to gross incompetence. Their computers are down. Lucky passengers are being re-booked on LH.

In BA's defence, they later cited weather concerns as the primary culprit. However, every other airline was able to make the journey across the channel but BA.
