T5 - childrens play areas

To T5 later, I know there is a small childrens area in the Flounge, but are there others, we are in F so can use any, or maybe in the public areas? Children are 2 and 3. Thanks

There are similar glass box "kids zones" in all the T5 Galleries Club lounges, none of them are particularly big. They have however kept my 6 year old amused many times.

Agreed. Actually, the best one I've seen at LHR is the play area in the *A lounge in T1.

There used to be a big public soft matted area for the kids to play on, however it was removed as the adults ruined it by using it to sleep on. So no other public play areas that I am aware of.

The one in the Flounge is generally empty whenever I go past. The ones in Galleries Club lounges (N&S) often have a couple of children in, but have never seemed over busy. They kept my two (5 & 7) entertained for nearly 2 hours each way this summer.

It did not seem to me that there was so much to do in these rooms. However I dare say that if you are a child you can do a lot with a little material and a big imagination. ^
