The improved back support still makes it a significant improvement on old WT, IMO.

The new WT+ is the only seat apart from the LCY J I've not tried.

Anglicised the name before WW I. And he followed the German custom of changing the "" to "oe" *) in non-German languages. Since English speakers tend to simply ignore umlauts, they would have spelled his name Boing.

*) That was the original spelling anyway, the "" was introduced as a shorthand for "oe".
Typically, umlauts are replaced with an "e" after the vowel when they're not available in the typeset. I don't know if this came about with computers. I suppose it would have been possible to combine a vowel and over-type it with a double quote to get an umlauted character.

My old cell phone used to say "ZUERICH" on it whenever I was in Zrich. However, my iPhone doesn't show the cell tower information any longer.

www.boeing.de used to belong to someone else. http://web.archive.org/web/200003021...www.boeing.de/

Without wanting to sound pedantic but there is no physical difference in the fuselage of the -300 and -300ER. The latter is a improved and re-engined (and far more successful) derivative of the original -300 variant.

From a safety point of view, their are the same 5 exits on each side at the same locations on the both -300 and 300ER.

The new cabin is available now on our newest aircraft, the Boing 777-300ER, and we're busy refurbishing many Boing 777-200 and 767 to the same standard. Look out for it on selected flights to and from North American and the Far East.
I see the bmi proofreader has a new job!

Well, it looks like a half-hearted attempt at correcting the page to me!

Bing does own the North American brand. It used to be a separate division.
