Changing a post May 1st redemption

Changing a post May 1st redemption
If I make an F redemption prior to May 1st but for travel eg in June, can I change it after May 1st without incurring the additional mileage or do I have to pony up an extra 25%? Thanks. ^

The full answer is probably: 'yes' for same airline and route, 'not clear' if you intend to change airline or routing.
