The survey although fun and short doesn't seem that well designed though. For 2500 miles though, better than a poke in the eye.

Click the secocnd link in the body of the mail, i.e., at "Simply <complete our quick online survey>..." not the one at the very start of the mail ("Earn 2,500 destinations miles by taking our short survey.").
