Ok,
I have recently flown heathrow to vegas and can claim the points but I want to give the mto my brother as he wants them to add to his collection is this possible?
If so how?

The answer is no, sorry.
However .... you can open a DC account for yourself and then use the miles to book a flight in your brothers name. You could book a one-way for him to wherever he wants to go and he could use his own miles to book a one-way back.
If you need some more miles for your ticket then you can buy them on the DC website, or get yourself the DC credit card if you are UK based.
