Reward availability update

From DC:-

"Due to a recent change in reservations systems we have been experiencing lower redemption classes, our revenue management department have recently added extra redemption classes back in for the majority of routes and are still currently working on Chicago and the Caribbean. Hopefully this will be done over the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, if you wish to make a booking please contact the service centre on 0870 6069977 and they will look into your request for you.

I'm not sure if you are aware that we are introducing a new longhaul product. lie-flat beds are going to be fitted into the business cabin and all business seats are being moved into the premium economy cabin."

Well, the BMI site is slowly getting better.

ORD is back on the online reward booking list again.
LAS is back too however, you can't select MAN-LAS

I still find it unbelievable that it's taking them so long to resolve this issue, to fail to test properly etc etc.

Too Kind

Between the current, numerous booking engine faults and confusing announcements I've read on the website over the last couple of years, I think it's more likely, that rather than testing properly, there is no testing or proof reading whatsoever.

Having experience of programming POS systems from scratch, I know never to release anything until it is tested to destruction.
