When does the miles counter reset?

My year finished at the end of January - but is still now showing last years total status miles earned. When does it go back to zero?

Last time, mine reset after the monthly bonus posted, which for me is always the middle of the month.

That has posted too!

Very odd, every other airline seems terribly keen to wipe your balance right on the day.

As you've probably seen in other threads, DC postings are pretty screwed up at the moment. Between mine, and my father's account I now have 10 retros in for credit, all BD, from Dec / Jan.

I'd guess your rollover is somewhere in the pile of punched cards waiting to be loaded into the hopper on the old IBM

The miles you earn after the renewal date will count against the following year: the grace period is simply to allow for late posting of miles before the date to show up.

They do occasionally post against your status miles total for a few hours, but this seems to get automatically corrected.

The card expires the following month

My year ended at the beginning of January, but my card is valid through February. I'm expecting it all to sort out at the end of Feb, with Feb miles being recorded in the new year. If they are not, I will be unhappy, as I have no chance of reaching the 38000 again this year!

I wonder if a mouse has eaten some of the cards?

Nice to see that I am not alone, if nothing else.
