Email [email protected], Joanna is very good at sorting this stuff out. The indian centre is crap, at just about everything other than a basic reward booking, and even then you have to spell it out for them.

In all fairness to the Indian call centre - which I've also had really bad experiences with (for some reason the women are particularly aggressive (or maybe it's just interplay) - my last call for an award booking on LX was dealt with brilliantly. First line was useless, but once I got on to the supervisor, he managed to do the entire itin relatively painlessly, even if one leg had to be in Y.

I was positively surprised that a manual credit of a flight only took a week or so ! However, that they still have not posted the November bonus is a little strange.
I am also now waiting for my "over 55k" bonus to kick in.... I am looking forward to my next RTW with 625% in F !!
