Another grumble...
...why say we'll be able to access our accounts on May 3rd if you can't deliver? And even when things slip, why not bother at least changing the dialogue box so it's not out of date?

It's now May 6th and still no entry to online account "until the 3rd".

Just come off the phone to DC. Apparently, they've been experiencing some problems and the new site should be online this evening or tomorrow morning.

They also said they would post me out a new membership book with the new mileage accrual charts included.
