Transfer from UA in LHR

Transfer from UA in LHR
Will be transfering from UA at LHR to British Midland flight to Nice--is this all in same terminal? What is the situation? Any suggestions for making transfer easier?

From BD:
A coach from Terminal3 will take you to the ground level of the flight connections centre. Take the escalator or lift to the upper level and clear customs, security and check -in. Take the escalator or lift down to the middle level where you maky make use of the facilities provided in the comfort and care lounge and the international Departure lounge.
I guess UA will offer through check in if not look for the BD desk.
