Nice folks
BM just gave me 80 pounds! I had booked a flight from Edinburgh to Nice in Business. Weather problems forced BM to re-book me on Sabena. When I arrived in Brussels, I found that the BRU/NCE leg was all coach. So I asked BM for a refund. They said to contact Sabena, but they sent me the 80 quid for my troubles!
