Where to send compliments

I was in the (un)fortunate situation to need help from BMI last Mon at LHR T1 Domestic, the checkin agent was FANTASTIC and rebooked me way beyond the call of duty and beyond what i was expecting - she really made me feel good that there ARE nice people left.

I want to send a letter / email of thanks to someone who will really act on it and make sure it's fed back to the lady in question.

Does anyone have any suitable contacts ? Donnington Hall or Station Manager etc?

Thanks

Ian

In the past I have sent e-mails to [email protected] in similar circumstances.

I've always received an appreciative response, confirming that feedback would be passed to the person concerned

Good service forum

Occasionally on FT, I read about examples of exceptional service, well and above the call of duty. How do FT'ers feel about opening up a seperate section of the website dedicated to stories of good service.

This would serve to:

1 Encourage airlines to appear in this section.
2 Dispell any notions that FT is a platform for whingers.

All thoghts welcome

Do you think BMI, particularly DC, already takes a peek at this site?
