You may not realise that you have been made Gold for Life; there's no special card, though possibly a wee letter. If you fail to renew and still receive a gold card, then you'll know. failing that, you could just write to diamond [dot] club [at] flybmi [dot] com and ask.

For lifetimers, the website just display status Gold, with the usual 1-year membership dates.
Oddly however, promotional e-mails from Keeley (eg the recent "tell us what you think" survey) show "Membership tier: Lifetime Gold"
