Now if BMI really want to get things right they should be getting costumers involved in developing the features offered on their website. Whether or not this has or is going to happen I do not know.

I understand that one tester, having worked through both the prototype scenarios, then ran the same transaction through the existing live website, and managed to find more bugs there than in the prototypes.
