...does anybody have any idea roughly how long Diamond Club are taking to answer e-mail queries at the moment? Somebody was suggesting they got a resolution to their query in about 2 weeks the other day.
Any advances on 2 weeks? 3, 4 weeks anyone?

2 weeks is not untypical to receive a response, however, I'm pretty sure Diamond Club manages her time well and prioritises and organises the queries she receives. On occasion, when I have responded to a follow up from DC, she has re-responded in minutes.
Anybody's guess...

I sent one off over a year ago... (wish I were joking)
This is not to Joanna whom I've never emailed, I mean the generic DC email... (not sure if it's still published/in use)

I've only had to email Diamond Club two or three times in the last year and a half, but the most recent on 23 November (a straightforward mileage claim for a bmi flight) was answered yesterday so 2 weeks seems about right.

OK, thanks.
I assume that they must get hundreds, if not thousands, of e-mails a day and so will process these in strict date received order, i.e. an e-mail sent on 23 November to DC will be processed before an e-mail sent on 24 November.
