Points redemption not available in summer?

Points redemption not available in summer?
BW newbie here. Several properties (Whitefish, Page) are not showing points option in the summer. However, the same room shows points availability in May and Sep. Is this a known issue? FWIW BW.com says no blackout dates.
Another weird thing is that there are multiple versions of the same room. For example, there are 2 "1br King"s at the Page property, with $30 difference in price. I'm not seeing any difference between the versions, but maybe I missed something?

OK, strangely, after I posted this, the nights that weren't available before are now available for both properties. Not sure if it was a temporary glitch or I did something wrong...
