Double Check Your Amount Billed
Just was doing my expense report from last week, and noticed my car rental was a little high. Called Avis customer service and they found out since I returned the rental two days earlier than I was supposed to; the system still charged me for the 4 days instead of two. He said this is a system problem that happens once in a while.
