International Avis Chairman recognition?
Hello
I called the Avis Chairman desk regarding an upcoming rental from LHR (England). The Chairman agent was able to help me, but said that no uprades are available in the UK. Back with my President's status I was able to swing a double upgrade by going to the desk. This is my first interaction with the Chairman reservation system. Don't they normally work out an upgrade ahead of time?
