Missing ANA miles credit from AVIS.

Missing ANA miles credit from AVIS.
I rented AVIS twice in January 2024. The rentals were completed on 1/12 and 1/18. I saw the ANA mile credit for rental completed on 1/18 but did not see the miles for 1/12 rental. I cannot find a AVIS website to submit missing miles claim. I tried to call but cannot get pass the automatic prompt selector. I did the customer chat and I was told that the miles has been sent on 1/12 and I should go talk to ANA to figure out why I didn't receive the miles.
I have not called ANA yet and I don't think ANA can solve this problem. Am I out of luck that AVIS won't give me the ANA miles for the first rental in January 2024? Any contact number I should try?
