Changing my Partner Preference??
I may be completely blind, but I cannot see on the Avis website where I change my partner preference - e.g. Delta to CO.
Am I missing something simple, or is it well hidden?
Thanks!

I am pretty sure that you can put it in for each individual rental. I don't think it keeps a default record except for an AWD number.

It definitely does keep a record of your preferred (excuse the pun) partner - it's under View Account (should be on the right side of the screen when logged in) and then Travel Preferences (the first option) underneath your saved AWD.

Just to be clear, this is at www.avis.com. (I want to make sure you're not using a different site, say, for a different country or whatever. It says you're in Australia, so it's quite likely you've got a different site than I do in the US. And everyone else who posted in this thread seems to be from the US, except for you.)

Not for me! I just logged in, went to Travel Preferences, didn't see it, thought maybe it was because I hadn't put one in yet, but clicked Edit, and it's still not there. This is all I see:

For whatever silly reason, you have to call Avis to make a change to your loyalty program earning preferences. I had been meaning to delete my earning preference entirely, so I could qualify for an Avis promo (meaning if you earn miles you can't get free days coupons from Avis), and this thread reminded me to do it. So, I just called in and asked for it to be removed. I had previously looked all over the Avis.com site to try to figure out how to do it for myself, but found nothing, so I just gave up and called in. It only took 90 seconds on the CC line, though it might take a few minutes if you are not CC I would guess.
