Lifemiles website down for award travel search?

Lifemiles website down for award travel search?
Hello,
For about 4 days now, every time I click 'TRAVEL' on the lifemiles homepage, to search for award travel, I get this error message.
I called the service center twice and both times they tell me it may be down and will come up in 3 hours.
I find it hard to believe that this critical page could be down for so many days?
Anyone else able to login and search succesfully?

Same here. It's been down for past 4-5 days. I have tried different browsers as well as incognito, different accounts, different IP addresses as well as VPN. Same outcome. Error. Hope they can fix it soon.

I havent experienced any of the issues mentioned above over the same time period but for the last 8 hours I have not been able to get past the date selection screen. Site just hangs and doesn't show options even when the date selected is highlighted in blue. Anyone else have this happen?
