Trouble getting $$$ refund on refundable ticket?
I have been trying to get through with Avianca to find out where my refund it. I put in the request on the 5th of March to cancel my refundable ticket. My CC company cant get hold of them either to dispute the charge.
Any help would be great from anyone. Its a couple thousand $$$ USD. so would like it back.

I think Avianca/LM are not in the best financial shape r/n, so refunds are very slow. I have a $50 or so refund of LM ticket taxes pending for over a month now. I did place a credit card dispute on it, so, hopefully, even if Avianca does not refund it - credit card will.
(To be fair, still waiting for a refund from United for the same period of time)
