I have the same issue to contact them as my flight schedule is changed. I tried to fill up the form but with no reply. I tried to contact via their FB messenger but get a standard reply “contact their hotline”. After I addressed myself live in Asia, it’s hard to reach them via different time zone and international call, they pass my flight details to someone from the service team and I finally could reschedule my flight via email.

We are also having an issue and contacting someone who can help has been tough. We booked an award ticket yesterday GDS-ORD and a record locator/booking was created but said we had to call to pay the taxes. Called the US 800 number and pressed #3 but agent couldn't process the taxes over the phone saying someone would call us in 48 hours. We just got an email saying to call and pay the taxes as the award will expire tomorrow afternoon. Is there a number that works better than others to get this done....or should we just be patient and wait for the call?
The one agent who seemed to want to help said we needed a PIN, which I created on the spot...but she said the system didn't recognize it. Could making it on the spot be the reason it was not recognized? Maybe their system didn't update quick enough?
Thanks for any help or thoughts. Would hate to loose the seats.
