Hello,
I had to refund a ticket for my wife, ICN SIN R/T.
I processed the refund online but I am not sure why nothing is appearing on the credit card statement online... how long does that take to be processed? Does anyone have a data point for that?

When I refunded, the credit card refund transaction was done immediately, but only showed up on my credit card statement ~5 days after (delay in posting by bank, not Asiana)
Your refund receipt should have the refund "swipe" transaction details and auth codes already
