Asiana somehow lost half of my Itinerary
I used my Asiana FFP to book an award travel that consisted of total 11 segments with 4 stop overs. I am to fly out tomorrow, and just to confirm that my E-ticket is valid, i logged onto flyasiana.com ..
only to find that first half of my trip mysteriously disappeared
when i called to reconfirm based on my E-Ticket, they were able to verify my entire Itine, but they were also surprised to find that half have gone missing in their reservation system.
they are working on it, but wow. what if i didn't check because i had my E-ticket with me? that would have been frightening.
get it together Asiana. how do you lose portions of reservation??
