Hello folks.. I'm looking at a routing in October/November and the parameters put it as a oneway ticket for my purpose of travel. I plan to stay in Seoul a few days and then continue onwards to Taipei. I looked up the fare in Business Class.. After selecting the flights, all show in Business class, however here are the codes for the booking class.

Looks to me like a full-fare Y ticket that books into C at time of booking (a so-called "Y-UP").

This is correct. I have booked tickets like this LAX-ICN and was seated in the C cabin with no issues. However, no *A upgrades to F as it is not a C/D/J fare.
