Gym at KUL
Trying to get healthy today when on a long layover in KUL
See there is a gym at KLIA - in the sama sama airside ... and the sama sama landslide (connected by airbridge)
any experiences with either fitness centre without staying at the hotel itself?

Assuming you don't get access to the gym, or otherwise don't want to pay... I guess it's rather easy (though boring) to do cardio... you can walk/jog from the end of G gates to the end of H gates, or rather just stay at the end of either concourse as they are usually very empty

No gym in sama sama airside
Moderate gym in sama sama which is a 5 minute walk from KLIA 1. Apparently 80 MYR for gym, pool, steam room, sauna ... only if an attendant is there to ask you (i.e., not charged at the front desk).

It does not sound bad if the price is 80 MYR by the use of all the space in my opinion, but I agree with Clubeurope, you can walk to do cardio and you save good money, and if you walk with someone you know the time passes fast talking anything or able you can get to meet someone
