Exclamation Urgent! Myanmar E-visa problem. Any good U.S. processing service?

I'm having a problem with my Myanmar business e-visa application through the official site. Could anyone recommend a reliable private online service for handling this (I'm based in the United States)? I'm slated to depart Dec. 1.

Or, if anyone could suggest what I might be doing wrong...I have completed all of the information and attached the relevant PDF files (all under 1 MB) and photo (well under the stipulated 2 MB max). Yet when I confirm the completed information, instead of proceeding to payment I keep getting looped back to the application as though I'd clicked on edit instead of confirm. This has happened repeatedly, even after I've restarted my laptop and tried the application anew. One possible glitch I've noticed is that though the application page indicates that I've uploaded the PDF of the company registration document successfully, I'm unable to view it (unlike the letter of invitation and back page of the registration). For what it's worth, this has been on Chrome though I've had a similar problem trying this on Internet Explorer, where I can't even upload the letter of invitation.

By the way, I've disabled pop-up blockers and this has been confirmed by the box indicating this at the e-visa site.

Thanks for any help.

Just my .02, but try removing any punctuation marks such as, periods, dashes or commas. I've come across this before when listing my P.O. Box, must use PO Box. The website may not be intuitive enough to tell you what it doesn't like. Good luck.

is there no contact info on the official site? I'd ask them myself directly.

Thanks for the replies, folks (and I did contact them directly, but it's too early over there to hear back yet).

Fortunately, whatever was bugging up the system went away when I tried again a few minutes ago, several hours after my several initial attempts. I don't think the problem was on my end, since there were no hitches with my other online activity. But I guess I'll never know.

I went last may, and I remember it takes some time for them to respond (maybe 4 or 5 days), but all went well for me at Yangon airport.
